Nifty closed at 5165 Levels, consolidating for a while before the Important Fed Meeting Scheduled on Thursday, which is the Next Important Trigger. On Wednesday, Selling pressure was seen in bank, oil & gas, realty stocks. However, FMCG and IT index has outperformed other sectoral indices. The BSE midcap and smallcap closed with marginal losses. About 1378 shares have advanced, 1488 shares declined, and 216 shares are unchanged.
On Thursday, Fed cut the Rates by 25 bps. Fed announced its decision to cut rates down to 2%, its lowest level since late 2004. This has Positively Impacted on Markets that has been Seen today.
Nifty unless 4950 in current series not broken, Trend is up. It may reach 5400 levels , where Strong Resistance may come into. Today, Support is at 5150-5125 Levels and Resistance is at 5275-5315 Levels.
Textile , Software , Oil And Gas,and Pharma Sectors are the Leaders of this Strong rally seen from 4450 odd levels. Other than that, Odd individual counters like Sesa goa , Ibsec , TWL, Praj are seeing considerable action. Many of the individual Midcaps are seeing some Fund Buying.
Banking, Steel, Cement, Infrastructure , Capital goods are the Laggards.
